SURFBOARD GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Eligibility: This competition is open to individuals residing in New Zealand.

Entry Method: To enter the competition, participants must follow the instructions provided on our official Instagram page. Each valid entry will be considered for the prize draw.

Entry Deadline: The competition begins on Monday 18th September and ends on October 1st, 2023. Entries received after this date will not be eligible for consideration.

Winner Announcement: The prize winner will be randomly selected and announced on our Instagram page on October 1st, 2023. The winner will also be contacted via direct message on Instagram.

Prize Pickup: The winner must be able to pick up the surfboard prize in person from our factory located in Gisborne, New Zealand. The winner is responsible for their own transportation to the pickup location.

Optional Prize Delivery: The prize winner has the option to have the surfboard delivered locally within New Zealand at their own expense. The costs associated with prize delivery, including shipping and handling, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Shipping fees will be determined based on the delivery location and method chosen by the winner.

Notification of Winner: If the selected winner cannot be contacted within 14 days after the announcement or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
